anxiety symptom??Skin rash that dosent itch..I am worried

is it common to get a skin rash that dosent itch or feel dry? is it a symptom of anxiety???? I have had this rash for about 3 weeks you cant feel it on the skin and it dosent itch...but it kina starts out like hickeys and they seem to spread...i went to the dr today but he dosent know forsure without takeing a skin sample..so he told me to see my family dr next week..The prob is I am going out of the country for 2 weeks and i am worried that it could be somthin more serious...did anyone on here have that type of rash before?

I've had temporary rashes due to anxiety and an overactive nervous system, but never one that lasted as long as yours. It certainly sounds harmless, but it would be good to have your family doc examine it to make sure?
