I have been having this weird pain like in my left breasts for a bout 4 days now, i thought it was in my heart at first but its not, its like above it and to the left......... My anxiety hasn't been to bad lately, but does anyone think this is related to anxiety? or something else?
I get totally freaked out about stuff...My uncle about 7 months ago went to the doc about this pain he had for along time in his leg, the same spot alwasy, and it was staff!!! im totally freaked out about that>?

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP AND GIVE ME SOME ADVICE?

Just wondering, are you due for your period?  My girls get sore the week before. 

The human body is full of aches and pains, for no good reason.  I doubt you have a staph infection, but if it doesn't go away in a week or so, you could get it checked out.

I just got off my period about a week ago actually, soo ....its not that...Mine always get tendor around that time of the month, but....Im just worried, I dont know if anxiety can cause pains like that in one spot, or what?
Or maybe that spot is just tender for some reason.

Do you smoke? My sister who also suffers from severe anxiety has this same issues. Nothing has been found at the doctors at all. He did tell her it could be from her smoking. But as far as chest pains Ive had them (ALL) either anxiety related or from gerd. I even had similar pains that you both have described. It can be scary. But for years now my chest pains have turned up nothing serious! Things that can help are any kind of positive lifestyle change. Easier said than done sometimes. Because the problem with us who worry is that we can lie to ourselves. So being honest about things negative in our life is a good starting point to feeling better! Best of luck!
