Supportive Family or Tough Love?

Tough , I dont about love I suppose maybe.  Never had any support in my adult life was told not to ask to stand on my own two feet.

I said supportive. Part of my family was, the other part not so much.

Everyone is a combination with me.  They sometimes are supportive, but eventually pretty much blame me, say I can do anything I tell myself I can do, and make me feel like I am horrible for not doing what needs to be done.  I live with my parents and have no job.  So that is pretty much the main thing I get criticized for.  And I know I have to somehow move on, but I don't know how because when I make any change I feel so terrible I just flat don't know how I can do it.
