jsut joined and think im going mad!

I have had anxiety for a while and get stressed out by a lot of things.  Recently I have been having mad intense feelings for my best friend.  I dont think they are sexual feelings althoiugh I cant be sure of that at this moment in time.  We  are permanently together and I love her dearly.  I tell her I love her and she tells me she loves me too.  Even typing this, I feel like I am cracking up.  I am engaged and due to get married next year so this has never been an issue for me.  I feel like I am losing my mind.  I think I actually want to tell her because I think she could probably help me.  She is in a relationship adn is happy and all she knows is that I ma her best friend who she can tell anything to.

Am I experiencing something taht I perhaps have never felt before such as having a best friend, a soul mate and the best friend that a girl could ever ask for or am i becoming a bit obsessed or should i start to question my sexuality.  I am so confused.
