« on: February 17, 2011, 01:55:35 PM »
Greetings

The forum has just been upgraded to the latest version. This should eliminate a number of annoying bugs as well as provide some new features and improvements. In the coming hours, additional features (such as the chat room, blogs, gallery, etc)  should be available again. Thank you for your patience and for being a valued member here  :happy0151: .

UPDATE: All done!.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

Thanks so much for responding to concerns, Gray Goose.

I followed Cuchculan here from another site.  One thing I miss, is the ability to keep a journal.  We had individual pages in MedHelp, with various trackers, and journal space.  It could be private, open to 'friends', or public.  Journals are a good way to express oneself.

Maybe there is an application here that I have missed.

Let me know if there is.

Thanks,
Ann
