Diazpam(Valium)
« on: February 15, 2011, 08:00:43 AM »
Question, I've been taking it (5mg pill)for  maybe 9 days around 7-8 at night and sometimes a half of one during day. I take one every night relaxes and helps me sleep. Now if I don't take it, or before I take it. My eyes start to feel pressurized, my head feels heavy, and I'm kind of dizzy. Is that from working outside today, chopping ice, straining my head and being in the wind, or does the Diazapam know it should enter my body.

valley my daughter takes it occasionally

I talked to one of her docs about diazapem and the addictiviness and all.  He told me that it wasn't physically addictive but emotionally addictive.  SOOOO your body won't crave it like that.  My guess is that you are just feeling the effects of your physical labor and your anxiety issues.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
