I think I forgot to introduce myself. Hello!

Hello everybody,

When I joined this forum I was feeling so bad I didn't even think to introduce myself. After that I just plain forgot. I joined a few months ago, but I'd like to say hello now. I have been somewhere between being simply a "worrier" and having a full fledged anxiety disorder for some time now, and I belive I have recently crossed the line. So, here I am!

The forum has already been a big help, and I have great hopes it will continue to be in the future. At the same time, I hope that I can contribute in my own little way.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

I know you will find lots of support here. Let me remind you you can access the Chat Room, after (3) posts in the forum, and talk live to some of us here!  A great resource for you.
