Rough Day!
« on: February 03, 2011, 12:08:32 PM »
Last night I had a minor heart palpitation .. no biggie, I get them often. Don’t know why it freaked me out so much but I felt anxious all damn night and couldn’t get to sleep. I was also really cold in my extremities. It doesn’t help that its freezing out and I am battling a cold. Anyways, the lack sleep last night is really taking its toll on me today and I feel like I am going to lose it!

Relax … relax .. I know.

Just wanted to vent.

Hang in there Komline.  I was feeling very similar the other night, my hands & feet were ICE cold & i was having alot of heart flutters, which I get from time to time & usually ignore, but had a hard time dismissing.  Of course when something shakes us up, we tend to focus all of our attention on it & it seems to make it worse.  If you are battling a cold, thats most likely what's causing it.  Hopefully tonight you will have a relaxing evening, & be able to get a better nights sleep.  Hope you feel better

Hi Komline:) Hope you're feeling a little better.

I WANT to sound like a Hallmark card:) The full understanding that we are NOT alone in our struggles and that we don't have to feel isolated in our, sometimes, "wacky " thought processes can be a wonderful healing power unto itself, IMHO:) Finding compassionate compatriots in our dealings with ADs will not "cure" us, but it sure can help ease the suffering, sometimes. And, there are those days when just some gentle easing does wonders and can lift the weight of the world off our, overly, burdened shoulders, for just a few precious moments:)

Peace and Feel Well:)
