Favorite ways to relieve anxiety?

Hey, I was wondering what some of your favorite ways to relax were, like sharing coping strategies and such. I find that just reading a nice, slow paced book helps me to calm down or listening to classical music, especially Bach and Vivaldi help me relax and forget my worries.

I just joined here, oddly enough I just finished a mug of white tea which always helps calm my symptoms down. I also did some research on it, and a lot of herb based sites say that white tea is known for is calming effects on the brain and is known to help relieve anxiety. It's very low in caffiene and high in an amino acid called L-theanine, the L-theanine in tea leaves can alter your brain state to produce more alpha waves--a sign of physical and mental relaxation.

My choice of music is 311, always puts me in a good mood, makes me think of the beach!

Chamomile tea does wonders.  I basically said "screw it" to antidepressants after trying a good cup of Tazo for the first time.  A really quick nap usually helps me too.

I like a good cup of tea as well, usually regular decaf.  I also find nice long hot showers work, so does reading some positivity blogs, coming here to read posts, lighting a scented candle, writing in a journal & cuddling with my son.
