Simply Out of Control

Chest is tight, little oxygen, feeling on the brink of screaming in the middle of a crowded place 
Feeling worthless and like I'm a ball of negative energy
No one wants to be around me
But it can't be true!  I just think it all the time
These are the worries tht consume my mind  No one wants to be all all alone
Ive grown used to feeling out o place, but I haven't accepted anything.
Old friends I'm loosing at a fast pace and I fear soon there will be noone left! 
Oh lord the confusion- I want to be happy and love life but this deep discomfort living inside me keeps my hands tied
Exausted from trying so hard to break loose
Judged Judged inable to relax  Unable to make peace with Our Lord
I'm always wrong as much as I fight to be strong and right. 
I fear the futue will repeat history and I'll be a lost soul forever.  Fear go away!

You have to stay positive.  There are not many people who understand.  As you get older you realize who your true friends are...Its a select few but that is all you need!  You will get better.  Your life is just beginning you have a long far journey. 

I wont pretend to know all the answers...believe me I dont... but I just started really "living" in my 30s. 

I still have good days and bad days.  If there is anything, believe in yourself!

This made my night!  Thank you so much.  A mentor once told me "Everyone wishes they were young agian, but I don't those were some of the hardest times and I would never look back!"  It's tough... I love being social and having true good friends they just seem in short supply  and you gave me hope thanks!

If the friends you have now are not supportive then make some new ones that understand!
