Lump Questionaire!! Pls Respond!!

After reading several posts about lumps, and having a lump myself I have decided to create a questionaire in order to help others see that lumps are common and to ease some fears and anxieties!! 

Please copy and paste, and delete my answers and put your own answers:

Where is your lump? on the left back side of my neck
Size? moveable? soft or hard? small, moveable, and squishy
How long have you had the lump (s)? 2 months
Have the lumps grown? no
any other symptoms? neck tightness and tenderness (due to touching and poking)
What do you fear it is? Lymphoma (Cancer)
What kind of exams have you had to check the lump (s)? ultrasound
What does your doctor think it is? nothing to worry about but sent me to get an mri and to see ent just to ease my fears
Diagnosis: pending on mri and ent visit

was this a bad idea....    did i offend anybody? I just wanted other people who worry about lumps be able to relate and see that a lot of people have lumps and most of the time its nothing to worry about!!

Have you found if they were lymph nodes? Ultrasound has a 90% success rate in differentiating benign nodes from cancerous ones

They didn't say all they said was that I had three small slighty hypoechoic and sharply demarcated solid lumps that could be lymphnodes because of their ovoid shape. What does this mean idk my doctor says they are lymphnodes but just to be on the safe side he is sending me for an MRI because he knows that will ease my fears!! I'm scared!! What does this mean... Idk!!! Why isn't the ultrasound saying that they are lymphnodes instead of saying that it could be a lymphnode???

How long have you had the lump (s)? Breast - ?, Arm  - 10 yrs plus

any other symptoms? Breast  tenderness (due to touching and poking)
What do you fear it is? breast cancer
What kind of exams have you had to check the lump (s)? ultrasound on one lump going to drs about other next week
What does your doctor think it is? first lump in breast  - cyst, have no idea about other as havent had it checked yet. Lump in arm is a fatty lump.
Diagnosis: waiting for drs appt

People often want to talk in detail what it's going on with them. The questionaire might not help them.
