I guess you can't send more the 5 messages per hour. Anyway, with that exam date, it's about now that grads. start to feel overwhelmed from processing so much information. You're not doing it to yourself to interfere with studying. Just have to relax as best you can.

i dont even know what is happening anymore. i know people say tingling can be from anxiety, but i never really believe it.... i mean when i have been REALLY scared before, it was like extreme tingling.

this is different, its like i wasnt that scared at all this morning until my arm started feeling weird.

Your obviously very smart. Sitting in front of a computer screen for hours is tough under the best situation but like every other grad. you are "wired", your anxiety pedal is to the metal. The C5-6 problem is common but made worse from the studying.

Do you every study on a restaurant or cafe etc for a change of pace and avoid isolation?

Thanks... no, i mostly study at home bc i need quiet to concentrate. i probably should get out more, but i also feel guilty going out when i know that im behind in studying.

i hate being so afraid of MS. i hate feeling symptoms that a quick google search shows is MS. i feel like i know im going to get MS, so i should just accept it or something. like if i think about something enough, will i get it? you kno?

i dont usually get skin tingling so this really set me off... in combination with the shocks i was getting down my spinal cord last summer
