headace - tension
« on: January 13, 2011, 05:23:20 PM »
Has anyone experienced tension headaches here?  If so how long do they last?  I have had a headache since Sunday evening but it comes and goes.  It is mainly located on the forehead.....maybe it could be a sinus headache because of the weather.....I just want it to go away!

I get tension headaches quite a bit especially whenever i start to get stressed or worry about a symptom that i think i have! I have found that going to the physio, doing pilates once a week and using a heat pack on my neck and shoulders really help. Definetly go to the physio you will feel better after 2-3 sessions. You will be surprised how tense your shoulder and neck muscles are! Hope this helps!
