It's my life
And it's now or never
I ain't gonna live forever
I just want to live while I'm alive
Its my life
My heart is like an open highway
Like Frankie said
I did it my way
I just want to live while I'm alive
'Cause it's my life

Kava Kava works for mild anxiety
Valerian will work as well and also cause drowsiness
Melatonin will get you a good nights sleep
Chamomile tea is great to relax you before bed
Peppermint tea is the single best stomach pain remedy known to man

Meditation and mindfulness will help you learn to control your anxiety.

The book Power to Panic by Lucinda Bassett helped me get through the hardest time in my life. I never thought reading a book could give me strength and hope but somehow her words and her story are easy to relate to and easy to follow. Please read her book.
