Hi intro!

I don't think your feelings are weird at all.  Sounds like the typical post holiday let down that lots of people, with and without anxiety, feel.

You are suffering from what I call Post Christmas Decoration Removal Syndrome.  (PCDR). 

The house has lost its Jolly Look!!  I feel sad too.


However, the true meaning of Christmas and the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ can move us through it to a more wonderful experience than the tree, songs and decorations have ever brought us!
