Goodbye 2010!

I started this thread for anyone who wishes to see the back of 2010. It's been my most difficult year, thanks to anxiety.

That said I learned more about myself this year than any other. I regret nothing. I've made some good friends thanks to my suffering. I hope to keep them in my life forever.

2010 was not my best year, but it was certainly far from my worst.

I'm glad to, as mom says, see the back of it, because I am eager to see what 2011 will bring!

If we learned about ourself and it afforded us some insights in, perhaps, seeking our healing paths...then it's a success, to me:)

2010, the year of understanding that there can be solace. 2011, the year of seeking out and realizing some of that relief:)

Make 2011 a year for change, if you didn't garner enough solace. Maybe just the slightest of changes is needed...or maybe a complete revamping of your journey, is required. But above all, do SOMETHING different in dealing with Anxiety Disorder, if you're not finding your way. IMHO, there is a glorious healing path for us all...this I fully and truly believe:)

Peace and Joy to all in the upcoming year. Make it the best year of your life, whether you are 16 or 61:)

Agreed!

2010 proved to be both the best and most hopeful year for me. I hit rock bottom last winter and have been climbing back up the hill ever since - here's to loving ourselves and each other a little more in 2011!

Yes, I unfortunately have to agree. 2010 was an all around hard year for me. I had a very difficult spring 2010. Which was followed by me not getting the job I wanted/needed in the summer. The summer was not bad, but not good. Then, this Fall my anxiety got so bad I had to withdraw from school for the first time. It was devastating and I tasted deep depression for the first time. 

I don't think 2011 will be great, but I sure hope it only goes up from here.
