Things that lighten my mood..

There are a few things that make me sigh and relax for a while. Some may sound crazy but if it works, who cares right 

1. Watching kids tv shows while eating 2 minute noodles (kids shows are almost always happy)
2. A nice long hot shower with lovely shower gel
3. The beach
4. The smell of jasmine or frangipani on a warm breeze
5. The rain
6. Reading a great book
7. Watching the Hills (inspiring girls going for their dreams)
8. Chocolate ice cream
9. Dogs

All the suggestions here are good.Things that lighten my mood?
1.People who understand my condition which is anxiety disorder.
2.Good food,which is pretty universal.
3.Good music.
4.Good eyecandy(sorry I'm not a vulgar fellow.I'm just a lonely agoraphobe.Please forgive.  )
