head pains / ear pains

Been out in the cold/windy weather last 2-3 days, fishing etc. Will that explain my sudden headaches that last 5 seconds and the suddent right ear dull ache pain that comes and goes as well? Or something worse like my brain tumor fear. Thanks

sounds to me more like sinus pressure from the rapid changes in temp. I live in NJ too and have had a sinus head ache for a week and occasional ear pain.
