dizzaeness in right side,help!

Hallo !I'm so glad to be able to communicate with people with my same "issue"hope my anxiety will fade away very soon because it's annoying and horrible !I'm expirencing all sorts of symptoms,the latest one is a strange dizzaeness on the right side of my body and feeling like i'm on a boat and my head kind of spinning around  :dazed:I'm soo worried!
Does anyone have any suggestion?

Anxiety can cause many symptoms including dizziness. If it persists you could also
call an ENT physician.

If you can afford it or your medical coverage can cover it see a therapist / psychiatrist office for an evaluation.  Of course a vist to your Family Dr. can help rule out organic issues.

However, dizziness and light headiness are anxiety symptoms.
