chronic diarrhea

this is a problem ive only had for maybe a year or more, and ive had anxiety disorders since middleschool. im not sure what the problem may be but ill list some symptoms. my bowels normally seem to start bubbling while im asleep, perhaps a couple hours before my wake up time. it never happens while im awake. so im normally awakened by this discomfort, and sometimes pain. and there is always a burning sensation in my intestinal tract (not my stomach).every single morning i have diarrhea, and i seem to have to go right after i take a shower... go figure. it doesnt matter what i eat either. ive tried eating foods that have been know to block you up but nothing seems to make a difference. anyone experienced this or might know what it could be? thanks.

It sounds like a food allergy. I know you say that it doesn't matter what you eat but there are many ingredients that exist in almost everything and the only way to truly know (besides going to the doctor and getting blood work) is an elimination diet. Eat nothing but white rice for a day. Add one food item in each day until you find the one that causes the problem.  Anyway, Google it because I'm probably describing it wrong. Good luck!!
