« on: November 20, 2010, 06:04:42 AM »
Greetings all,
Scouting things out for my wife ... ha-ha one of her fears is screwing up the computer, so I'm just here to see if this is a friendly group.

Cheers

We are all friendly people. But you should try the introduction section of the forum first. Always the best place for the first post. So we learn a bit about yourself or your wife. Then you will see various other sections. Whatever her condition, just pick the part of the forum that best suits her problems. And you will that help is always close at hand. Enjoy the forum. It is not only about medical things. We have our fun too in the likes of this section. Good place for like minded people.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
