Why in the world would you stand a few feet from a plain white wall facing it and jump up and down vigorously??????
It seems to me that you are desperately trying to come up with new and bizarre symptoms in order to convince yourself that something is seriously wrong, and that your favorite choice is brain tumor.

YOU DO NOT HAVE A BRAIN TUMOR - you have been told this over and over by doctors, and I would guess that doctors probably have a little more medical experience than most of us in this forum do.  It seems, though, that you will not be satisfied until you actually do have a brain tumor, because this will justify your hysteria.

Guess what - you DO have something seriously wrong - you have a severe case of health anxiety.  Unlike your imaginary brain tumor, health anxiety is a real illness which is treatable with therapy.  I don't know if you are in therapy - I don't think you've ever mentioned it - but if you were willing to put as much time and energy into treating your real disorder as you do in trying to prove that you have a fake brain tumor,  you would probably be feeling a lot better by now.

you seem to have more and more everyday because you are fearful and looking for them. your nerves are frazzled SO they are going to be over reacting and jumping at shadows so to speak.

I don't know which symptoms you are having that indicate you have a brain tumor.  Everything you've spoken of speak of anxiety.

I agree with Grandma, wholeheartedly

I think it is great that you were exercising, but remember 1. if you are doing it just to feel better or 2. to prove you can which would mean you don't have a brain tumor  that is going to defeat the purpose of exercising.  Part of it is to get your mind off of your fears but you are plainly still thinking about them while exercising.  ALSO exercise is very good for anixety BUT at first exercise is probably going to set off more odd feelings because, again, your nerves are frazzled.  I know when I've exercised when I knew I was anxious and sometimes when I didn't realize I was anxious, I've had a lot of very strange sensations as a result--dizziness, eyes feeling foggy, very fatigued muscles--more than I should based on my exercise, feeling more out of breath, jittery.  But as my anxiety went down those sort of things no longer occured.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
