MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

Some folk time out quicker than others. Or so it seems. I know the other evening one member was there when I arrived but said nothing and didn't time out for over an hour. Others can time out within ten minutes. It can differ for whatever reason. Maybe they have two browsers open and are still in the room, if you know what I mean. Or sending private messages to people. Just not talking on screen. Funny though, I have seen one person log in and time out straight away, only to have to log back in. Seems to work in different ways for different people.

Greetings

I've just modified some of the chat settings. The old max number of users logged into the chat at one time was 25. The new max number is 30 (Admins and Moderators are excluded from this limit). IP checks have also been enabled which prevents multiple logins from the same IP using different accounts, computers, etc. Finally, the inactivity timeout has been shortened from 15 to 10 with automatic checks every 2 minutes. Let's see if this resolves some of the issues folks have been having. If not, we'll try something else :happy0151: .

Note: It may take some time for the new settings to become active as people login, logout, etc.
