Right now this is a weird one, my eyes feel like they ate rolling and jumping around all the time can this be yet another one of my anxiety symptoms. Or is this serious!

Pretty common symptom...inability to focus or eyes seem to be jumping around. Our eyes, just like most other parts of our body, are tied into nerves (optic nerves in this case). It sure makes sense to me that when we are frayed emotionally, our eyes can get "jumpy". Our nerves can cause an endless list of troubling symptoms. Feel Well:)

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
