stop smoking=stop symptoms
« on: October 29, 2010, 02:37:37 PM »
if anyone wants to chime in with the science behind why this works, feel free. im sure I could take an educated guess, but I don't feel like typing out a lengthy hypothesis haha.

anyways...my point.
I smoked for 4 years.
I stopped a few days ago.
so did my breathing problems, dizziness, constant thirst, eye pressure, tinnitus, tingling, leg pain, and my stomach issues decreased EXPONENTIALLY!

I can't promise these results for everyone... but it can't hurt to try, right?

just thought id share/give some motivation :)

yeah, I assume the fact that nicotine doesn't do any good for me just meant I was only getting the negative side of smoking, i.e., the symptoms.

Congrats, so far! Continued successes:) I think you're certainly on a positive path to being a non-smoker. You've made the connection between no smoking = improved health. Sounds simple, I know. But often anxious folks tend to smoke on average more than the general population. HA'ers tend to lock into our bodies signals at warp speed, so I would hope that the lessened anxiety symptoms, of which you relay, are a powerful tool in helping you stay smokeless:) Feel Well:)
