Weird symptoms

Im having all these symptoms - calf cramps, heavy limbs, numb tingling, eye flashes. These symptoms come and go and I have been suffering with anxiety for nearly 4 months, are they all caused by my anxiety?

I am finally getting help on monday for my HA, im going to see a retired GP who now treats people with mental problems such as HA. Will be visiting him once a week, its like a 2 in 1 because he can answer my symptoms aswell being a former GP for about 40 years!

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.

I have all those symptoms plus many more :/ scary as
