Tried talking to family No help basically just told me to suck it up Even though they'd know I I talk to my husband but he does not fully understand why I am the way I am so I decided to try to get professional help however stop seeing the therapist because I felt extremely on comfortable and stopped my medication which was making me feel sick anyway so I want to try a more natural way

Please consider finding a new therapist with whom you feel more comfortable.  A bad experience is discourgaging, but you don't need to let it stop you in your tracks.  The same thing with medication - there are so many options.  What makes one person sick may be a miracle drug for someone else.  Find a doctor who you trust and who respects you, and keep trying until you find the right medication, or combination of meds, for you.  I bet you encourage your kids to keep trying if at first they don't succeed - do the same for yourself.

Most of us are not able to successfully battle anxiety and depression a "natural way".  This is because they are real illnesses with scientifically docoumented biochemical causes.   When people tell me to suck it up or snap out of it, I answer this way.  "Wow - what a great idea!  And after I snap out of my depression, anxiety, and ptsd, I will snap out of my osteroparosis, low funcitioning thyroid, and acid reflux!"

As far as your husband not fully understanding why you are the way you are - how could he?  We don't even understand these things about ourselves - how could people who don't experience this possibly know what it is like?  However, you have the right to expect him to believe everything you tell him about the way you feel, to totally respect that what you are experiencing is real, and to be willing to help you in your battle to feel better.
