When is something real?
« on: March 09, 2006, 05:58:26 PM »
I have suffered from anxiety my entire life.  The past four years though it has developed into health anxiety.  I have gone to CB thearpy and have had on and off sucess.  I seem to go through on and off spurts with it.  When I am on I am on.  My big question that I never can seem to get over is how do we know if something is "really" wrong?  That is my question of the week.  I had to work hard to stop going to the Dr for every pang I feel but now I find myself hesitant to go to the Dr but afraid to not go.  "What if" "this time" what I have is something real but I am chalking it up to my healh anxiety.  How does anyone make peace with this big question?
