Stomach Pain Anxiety?

Okay so i was wondering what exactly stomach pain from anxiety feels like? For most of today ive had a stomach ache even though im not that anxious i am now! Its on my left side (probably not appenicitis then thank gosh!) and it was really bad earlier but not it only hurts when im moving around (appenicitis symptom) Its not like a sore muscle its different. One thing i can think of is eating kindof bad/junky today lots of fat (gallstones? god i hope not) So what exactly is it like when its caused by anxiety or can it differ? I'm really worried please respond

A very common left side pain is Irritable Bowel Syndrome.  It can feel like cramps, a stitch, etc.  I have had it for a decade, but at its worst it made it hard to stand up sometimes.  It also was accompanied by a lot of grumbling, etc.  It's not really serious, just annoying, and goes with an anxious personality.  Worth investigating with the doctor if it continues to bug you.  Good luck!

Thank you so much for the reply, this morning it seems to moved to the right side (that's where the appendix is uh-ohs) its not that bad though and it feels kindof grumbly like you said, if it still feels bad tommorow maybe i'll make a dr.'s appointment. I just hope its not to serious or deadly or something. Just my anxious mind i suppose
