Anyone else told they have Fibromyalgia?

I went to see my PCP yesterday for a follow up and he said based on my symptoms (mostly pain) he thinks it is definitely Fibromyalgia.  Anyone else given that diagnosis?  I know that anxiety can make it much worse.  Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!  Thanks!

How do you cope with it? Anything that helps?  Do you find your anxiety makes it worse?
