Hey Everyone, first time posting!

My name is Sophie, and I have had Anxiety Disorder, Depression and something similar to Coprophobia for about two years now. It's hard to really tell people about the latter, so I figured I could try getting on here to talk about it, and see if anyone has the same problems as I have.

love movies,and a wide variety of animals,with the exception of critters that sting,slither or have extremely large teeth and long claws.My greatest love however was a shar-pei a very unique dog breed.Archery/quading are/were my desired choices of hobbies.I am married and have a beautiful daughter.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
