Achey and crampy would probably be muscle related.  Does it feel like muscles?  How long has it been bothering you?

Well I can personally tell you that anxiety can do a lot of crazy things.  But it is my experience that if there was something seriously wrong you would have very severe symptoms.  If you take a Tylenol does the feeling go away?

Have you ever try relaxation cds, like guided imagery to help you relax you body.  This takes practice so you will have to do it at least once a day but it will help you learn how to relax different muscle groups in you body.  For me, my body doesn't know how to relax on its own I had to teach it.   Another thing you could try would be relaxation breathing.  This is where you breath with your stomach instead of your chest.  Lay down and close your eyes.  Put one hand on you belly and breath in using you belly and you will feel your belly inflate.  Breath in to a count of five, hold for a count of five then slowly and fully release your breath to a count of five pushing all of the air out.  This slows down your breathing and actually releases some good chemicals in your brain.

Let me know how you do.

Feel better,

Now that ive just eatten the feeling has subsided, Thats what I went to the doctor for in the first place "Hunger Pains" Im so worried about them now that everytime I get a hunger pain I play on it and think its something serious. I find it hard to place my trust in the doctors!

I have a problem trusting docs too.  But it sounds like you have seen a few.  I assume one was a GI doc.  So unless you have some severe symptoms, try working on your anxiety and see you notice a reduction in symptoms.

Has your doc ever tested you for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)?  It causes all sorts of crampy feelings in my tummy and lower abdomen.  Mention it too him/her next time you there.

take care, ladyK

Went to see the Doctor "Again" today, Still insisting thats its IBS stress related! She gave me some tablets "Mebeverine" and they seem to be doing the trick. "The cramping is not so bad now" Still concerned as always. On top of this the doctor is refering for "CBT" God I hope this works.
