lump just left of shin bone tender but no bruising....

I am terrified now that i have cancer on my shin bone. I have a tender lump just left of my shin bone. I have a 2 year old son who frequently throws things at me playing but i always bruise. I feel like its something worse because why wouldnt it bruise if it was from a bang? Anyone please help...

if you are getting banged up a lot, it would figure you could have some sore spots.  Why do you think it is cancer when it can be so many other benign type things?

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.
