A Poem of Hope

Today I want to be free
free of this anxiety
I am feeling hopefull
like a bird in a tree
I want to be happy
and not affraid
today is the day........
I am FREE !!!!!
Free to be me
and accept me for who I am
I just have anxiety its a part of me.

I like the words.. But do you really believe it? What I mean is.. If you don't believe it in your heart.. Does it help? I am just wondering.
