Medication and weight issues

Okay so I workout 4x a week an average of 40 min each time. I also walk and eat properly. No matter what I'm doing I'm not loosing weight. I know its got something to do with these medications (Fluoxetine, Trifluoperazine) I need to know if someone know of any pills that i can take without weight gain as a side effects. Can anyone give any ideas?

It's the trifluoperazine. All anti psychotics can give weight. But for some people, a particular one could give not that much. It's a trial / error. Weight gain should not be the main reason to change med, but I understand what you are into. I got 60 pounds on zyprexa and I really hate this. I never had any weight problem in all my life before.

So you could change trifluoperazine to try something else.

I found that Paxil didn't necessarily make me gain weight, it just made it darn near impossible to lose it.  I tend to have a natural gain/loss between t winters and summers, except this year, I didn't lose my winter weight.  It's either the paxil or just getting old.  Who knows? :fragend005:
