One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain

Music is my life saver. Anyone else find music to be a top way to help with anxiety? Music has taken me from some dark places and helped me start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Yes!  Good music always makes me feel better when I'm having bad anxiety.

I agree completely. Music can definitely help to change ones mood for the better. I have different play lists to help with different moods.

I do too... I have so much diverse stuff for my different moods, everything from Seether to Tracy Chapman. Music is amazing!

I too love music. It is one of my favorite things in the world and I have no idea where I would be now if it was not for all of the artist I have had the pleasure of listening to over the years. Some have quite literally saved my life and my sanity. :)
