Frog in your throat?
« on: September 03, 2010, 08:50:49 PM »
So, I was doing fairly okay for a couple days there last weekend and into this week. When the anxiety hit again after I had an attack after driving somewhere.
Then a couple of days ago it felt I had a 'frog in my throat' almost all day. Is this kind of a symptom of GAD? Maybe more of a digestive issue? Am I just freaking out too much?
I have been having trouble eating lately just cause the worry has been driving me nuts. Sometimes I can't even tell if I'm hungry or not.

DON'T ever let anxiety define who you are.  You are NOT anxiety.
