Head pressure hell

Hi been getting extreme head pressure top of head which gets so bad I feel like something bads Going to occur and that I have to concentrate on thinking. Anyone else get this?

I also get tightness elsewhere in head?

I've had this before.  In my case, it was probably related to anxiety, stress, tension, TMJ, etc.

I get head pressures often. It's really annoying, but they go away after awhile. I found that taking an advil actually calms it down.
