how to use a feature?

is  there  a way to  find all  the  postings  of  a  particular  member. this would  help  me  i  am  loking  for  someone  who  has  similiar problems.  thanks.

if you know the member's name, simply go to their profile.  Once there click on the linky under the username that says  "show posts".  then you'll see all of that members posts.
