Am I Going Crazy

Can some one please share advice with me . im 2 1/2 months pp and i had really bad ppd at 1st but have been on prozac since about 2 weeks pp . well i have suffered from bad panic attacks in the past as well but have been doing better since being on the prozac . lately though my mind feels empty / lost i feel like i cant remember anything and things very familiar to me seen unfamiliar also i have to try really hard to find words sometimes that normally seem so easy before . i have been under loads of stress since i have a 22 month old a 2 1/2 month old and a 6 year old and my husband is working 4 hours away and only comes home on the weekends so im left to do most of taking care of the 3 kids by myself . but this memory thing is really starting to scare me . Has anyone ever had anything like this ? could it be anxiety / stress depression or should i get it checked out . I really appreciate the advice thanks

First off let me commend you! Taking care of so many children by yourself is hard work!! I think this memory problem is a severe case from anxiety. From all of this stress and I'm sure lack of sleep it sounds like its getting to you. If I were you I would see a dr just to ease your mind and then you can discuss ways to help this with your doctor. Its better to know than run around worried and feeling crazy. Take care!! I noticed a memory issues with me recently and found out it was from my xanax and it is a very common side effect.  I would forgot whole entire days, and it was really freaking me out.  Apparently it is really common and after you take the medicine for a while it will go away and if not then they will switch your meds.  You are not going crazy. :)
