celexa and sweating

I have been on celexa for a couple of weeks at a very low does 5mg because 10 gave me more panic.  This does is helping the anxiety but i sweat a lot and feel hot, does anyone else get this.

I've been on celexa for almost a month now and i haven't experience excess sweating. It affects us all different ways but if its bothering you i would suggesting bringing it up at your next Dr appointment.

Yes I was getting some pretty bad sweating episodes, and I'm on 20 mg. Some of it might have been anxiety related and I still sweat when I feel my anxiety increase. But I would wake up in the middle of the night completely drenched in sweat, my pillow would be soaked. This doesn't really happen anymore though, so just stick with it and it will eventually go away.
If you find it's bothering you too much I found that keeping a fan blowing on my face keeps my head cool and won't cause me to sweat as much.

I've been on 20mg of Celexa for about 3 months now and I noticed that I was sweating more than usual for a while, but it has gone away in the last few weeks. I agree with Jane that if its really bothering you you should talk to your doctor. For me, Celexa has been the only antidepressant that I have tolerated well and I will happily adjust to the extra sweating for the relief it gives :)

Yes, I experience a lot sweating 2. Mainly 0213 night tho. But I was also experiencing this prior 2 Celexa. My anxiety is pretty bad so it's very hard 2 determine if it's Celexa side effects or anxiety symptoms. If you can bare it then stick it out. If not, then try something diff.

yeah...it's a side effect.  Should go away in time.
