GF cheated, got fired= zero anxiety?

title says it all.

I've had 0 symptoms since sunday and its weird. I should be a total wreck considering the circumstances.

any ideas as to how this helped me?

You have real stress now, so your attention is elsewhere (not on the body.)

Youre focus is on everything else but your body (for the most part)...hence the lack of symptoms. More evidence that the mind is doing this to you. Now you get a taste of what it feels to be a "normal" person. The dont focus on their bodies, which is why they rarely notice some unusual symptom happening

i totally agree with everyone else, ur distracted not in the best circumstances, but its worked, try to carry on as normal and maby get a hobby wich takes ur mind of everything

yeah, I do alright in a crisis usually...it is the every day living that I can't handle! Anyway, hold on to your peace. It is worth more than a job or a (cheating) gf.
