When Anxious I feel hot/When Depressed I feel Cold...

It's strange, I feel hot when anxious. To the point that my AC is set at 67 in my room and I have to wear next to nothing to sleep. Then when I feel depressed I'm cold, no AC and wear a sweater and footies to bed. Does this happen to anyone else?

Oh yes this happens to me constantly! I find when I'm really anxious I get so overheated it feels like I'm sunburnt. It could be bc your blood pressure rises when you have anxiety. A cold shower does wonders for me. I find that the water really calms me down. Just sit in the shower for a while and it should help. When I'm depressed I'm always freezing. It could be 90degrees outside but ill be comfortably wearing a hoodie bc I'm sad. Have you ever heard anyone say "I feel cold inside?" When there sad? I don't know it happens. For me I think its bc I'm so relaxed physically bc I'm so down I'm not "excited" in any manner. I'm just a lump so my body gets cold from inactivity
