Like rolling a dice

Does anyone else feel like every day is like rolling a dice and wondering what you will be obsessing about next?

It's getting that way for me.

My thoughts race really bad. I've had a lot of obsessive thoughts lately, everything from hurting my kids to hurting myself to just how lonely I feel on a specific day. I obsess about obsessing!

No matter what I do I just cannot occupy my mind. I'm really just getting tired of thinking so much.

Oh my gosh do I ever hear you!  YES I feel this way most of the time too.  The only way I ever escape is if I go to a family party where there is a lot going on and people to talk to or dinner out with friends- something that totally occupies my mind for a period of time.  I wish I could recreate it in my everyday life, but I haven't yet.  As if the harming thoughts weren't enough, the obsessing about obsessing is right there waiting in the wings.  My boyfriend calls me the "analyzer" and boy is he right!

Find something you like to do and occupy your mind with positive things to do like exercising.

Yes i seem to do this even when im keeping myself busy... but things like walking , jogging, and biking do help.
