hej, glad about the positive 50%.
I am from sweden, eritrean-sweden acctually, so i write "hej" instead of "hey" which also explain potential grammar errors and mispells...
So you too have ocd. I only asked for help two years ago, got on Zoloft about a year ago and things have been going better since. For one i acctually make sense when i type now, i think..
I keep forgetting to take my meds every once in a while therby breaking the treatment but i am currently trying to get a rutin started and maybe someday  be completly rid of my oc-thoughts.

I wonder, can you go a whole day abstaining from a compulsive action and even forgett about it after a while?
For me it was like thoughts hitting my mind even harder and whit new and worse content when i did.

Best wishes rara

Hey there,

i find myself creating a new thought and obsession everyday.

I try my hardest to go throughout the day without a thought, but it never happens.  When is my medication gonna start working? i think i need to stop thinking about the meds and let them take their course
