sleep disoder or something more serious
« on: August 18, 2010, 04:28:19 PM »
my husband, 53, wakes up for years at 5:30am without an alarm clock to go to work. Home by 6 after a long day. By 8pm he is falling asleep in the chair. the falling a sleep is a real pain for me. It even occurs at the movies. We laugh about it but I am really upset. After 8 pm I sit home alone. He is a bit better if he is walking about doing chores but if he sits still its over.

We are only married 3 years - I am kind of sick of it. When we first met he use to travel for work so I did not really notice this problem like now even though he says it has always been the way he is.

PLEASE GIVE ADVICE.

I totally can relate! If my husband sits down for even 30minutes I've lost him! Its over with and I find myself alone on the couch. I think from working so hard hid entire life your husband is just tired. If he's doing chores he's up and about but when he sits to relax then he sleeps. How are the eating habits? That plays a major role!
