i could use some exercises if anyone could help me

my main ocd problem is counting things like if im taking a sip of a drink i have to either take 2,3,5,7,8,10 sips at one and if i take one of then number that i didnt just show then i think ill have a panic attack or just that weird feeling like that i need to do it but its not only drinking stuff its a bunch of other stuff also. if anyone has any exercises to help me with to kinda of get my mind off of it it would be greatly appreciated

I have had social anxiety and ocd all my life, i still count and do rituals but i have learned to control them.  I know it's not easy but what really worked for me is occupying my mind with pleasant thoughts when i find myself counting.  You can also use affirmations everyday to change the way your brain thinks.  Iam on 0409 if you need more info because i am not on this forum everyday.
