Hi Everyone,

My therapist recommended this website to me.  It's for depression and anxiety.  I had forgotten about it and have just recently come back to it.  I have learned something I personally find very valuable. 

"What you think is what you feel"

I LOVE this phrase.  I am using it daily when I notice that my heart is racing or I'm feeling anxious.  I am beginning to be more in tune with my thoughts and how my own thoughts are creating my anxiety.
