Physical Symptoms

Lately I've had a feeling like I'm not breathing in the evenings. It is not accompanied by anxiety (though I used to have it with anxiety), but I am sure it is related. Does anyone have any advice what I could do about it?

Breathing exercises and normal exercise. Other then that you just need to try to be comfortable with it. Eventually it goes away. Believe me, I've had this BAD for the past 4 months, to the point where I was constantly aware of it all the time and having very laboured breathing. But now, like all things it's passed. Still there a little bit but it used to be a 10 and now its a 3. Cleaning up your diet a bit may help too.

Hello    Yes I get the same weird breathless feeling at times but only if I am in bed  feels like I am going suffocate. Weird sensation

I used to feel that way....and still do once in a while.
Practice good breathing techniques when you are not experiencing difficulties so when you do feel them, the technique won't seem foreign to you.
