Someone, anyone please help CFS

Dear doctors and whomsoever that can help me:

I had an unprotected sexual incident with a prostitute roughly 3 years ago.  I have had crazy symptoms ever since.
Here goes for two years had the following:
1. Excessive urination about 15 to 20 times a day. Sometimes a lot comes out other times very little.
2. Sudden graying and whitening of hair.
3. Intense fatigue
4. high uric acid (8.2)
5. High total bilirubin (1.1)
6. Joint pains
7. Muscle pains
8. high blood pressure
9. Low vitamin counts in body. Have to constantly take vitamin injections specially of Vitamin B and Vitamin D.
10. Lately developed allergies and infection in the eye, nose and ear(diagnosed by a doctor). Been precribed anti-allergies which is not  geared towards resolving the core issue that causes these allergies more of a band-aid step so to speak.


I have tested negative for Chlamydia, mono, vdrl, and hep b (positive antibodies doc said i must have been inoculated, hep c, and of course HIV tested 7 times over the span of 2 years tested negative however with wildly fluctuating numbers. tested positive for Cytomegalovirus. 3 tests over 6 months the first two tests showed a value CMV IGG 78, 64 and then 84. The last cmv igg test showed a jump to 169.

NOw the questions I have are:
1. I have had many cbc bloodwork done. All of them show irregularities however the last one I did was the most interesting. It showed red blood cells very low 4. 2  WBC count falling to 5.8, Lympocyte 18% whereas one year ago they were 35%. mcv VERY HIGH 97.3. MOnocytes jumped to 11.8%. And my blood platelets fallen to 235.

Guys/gals I have been going crazy for the last 3 years worrying about this. Please somone help me. mY WORRIES ARE:
how come my lympocytes have falled to 18%. Does it mean that I have hiv because hiv attacks lympocytes. And they have falled drastically almost by half. I have developed crazy allergies. My allergy blood test came to 239 where the normal values are under a 100. My monocytes have jumped to 11.8% where normal is under 10%. To me it definately looks like a case of HIV which is just not showing up on the lab test but all the symptoms are there. In addition it is wrecking my immune system and attacking my lympocytes.

2. My liver. Is my liver being actively destroyed on a daily basis because my bilirubin  is high 1.2 where normal is under 1. My urine has been yellow for over two years. It becomes white if I drink lots of water otherwise it stays yellow. IS my liver causing these allergies because it is being actively destroyed.

3. For people who may say it cannot be HIV. Then is it the cytomegalovirus that is causing this. I have spoken to some doctor s in the past who say cytomegalovirus cannot be causing all this because once your body fights it off then the cmv does not remain active. HOwever, I have read up on CHronic fatigue patients who all at one point or the other have been infected with either cmv or ebv. Apparently according to some research which I have read some doctors say that the cmv hides out in our immune system actively destroying it.  Please, please help me out and let me know. My gut tells me it must be hiv if cmv does not supposedly affect us so badly. But if not hiv then is the cmv that i have so active. Because of the jumpin result of my last cmv test.

By the way my pcr cmv test came back and said no dna of this found.

lastly i have also lost roughly 20 pounds in the last two years.

I have been trying to see numerous doctors many of them but no one can help me out as of yet. I am trying my best. Evryone rules out hiv but I have my doubts.  Evn though I have had 7 hiv tests the last being 2 years after the incident all negative. What to do . I was hoping for some definitive help than see a good doctor. It should be a no brainer that is what I have been trying to do for so long.

Could a lack of nutrients from food be causing the falling wbc and rbc blood cell counts?
aS i suffer from alternative diarhea and constipation too

I've had CMV.  Most people at some point in their lives have had CMV.  If you were ever a child (which we all were) you were  most likely exposed to CMV.

I find it odd that you came to a place of hypochondriacs to see what's wrong...  None of us are doctors (well, I'm sure there's at least 1 in every crowd!)
My advice:  stay away from prostitutes (which I'm sure you have learned your lesson) and trust what you know to be factual.

7 HIV tests have come out negative.  If you believe you have HIV, then please please please do not be intimate with anyone and if you are intimate with someone, please please please tell them so they know what the risk is.

I don't know what your lab results indicate or if the values mean anything.  I do know that unless you eat a perfectly balanced diet all the time, you'll probably have some type of vitamin deficiencies.  Trust in what you know... don't fear what you're afraid to know.

Sorry to here about your health issues.  You are probably worried about the past and want this treated so you can have a normal life again.  the search for this can be exhausting and can also cause you to have anxiety and depression symptoms.  I have also been searching for my illness for the past 3 years with many doctors.  I have many symptoms and chronic fatigue.  Some of my problems is just being too obsessed with finding an answer.  I am trying to move the illness to the background and move forward in life.  This includes getting a handicap sticker, taking several meds for various issues, and have had 4 surgeries to fix other neurological issues that have come out from the chronic fatigue.  3 years ago, I was running races.  Now, it is difficult to walk.  I would go from dr to dr, and clinic to clinic looking for different answers.  I have alot of abnormal blood and urine results, but nothing has been able to give a diagnosis.  One dr who is one of the best in the US believes my depression is causing my fatigue and health problems.  He has help me some with treating that.  This is as good as I could do at this point.  Hope you can either find an answer, or manage the health issues and adjust you life style.  The stress of the constant worry will not be helpful either.  Good luck.

Thank you so much for your help and for your views. I do not believe everything can be put down to depression. Physical and blood and urine imbalances all of a sudden in a previously healthy person, varicose viens, bumps underneath the body, black spots in vision all of a sudden, white hairs cannot all be put on depression and imagination. Ever since my risky incident I have been going through a myriad of problems and issues which are hell. I do not know why doctors just do not get it. My WBC and RBC count is going down as well as  blood platelets going down as well as allergies count going high. It is crazy. One stupid incident and this is what my body is going through. CMV they say 80 percent of the world has if so why am I going through so much. What can I do and say. I am going through so much mental trauma. I do not want to go through surgeries but do want to get to the bottom of this . I hope doctors can figure it out. I cant believe they cant figure it out. I wish they could figure it out. I hope they can find out. My health is deteriorating worse every day.
